GLOBAL SELF-HEALING ROOTED IN LOVE

coReiki provides educational workshops, training, and business consulting using the self-healing relaxation technique called Reiki as a tool for stress management and mental clarity.

Founder Elise Lasko originally discovered the healing power of Reiki in the summer of 2017 while going through the growing pains of her late 20’s. During her level I certification program, she instantly saw results in how Reiki helped to reduce her anxiety level. After completing her level II certification, she became fascinated with how Reiki could be used in so many areas of life including relationships, distance healing, plants, animals, and so much more. She continued to the level III master certification and noticed how the technique was enhanced and helped her through many challenging work and life events. She particularly noticed how Reiki helped her when feeling overwhelmed during the workday sitting at a computer. In January of 2019, she knew she was going further her Reiki practice and completed her Master Teacher certification so that she could teach Reiki to others. 

Over the course of the last three years, she has done private Reiki sessions, volunteered as a Reiki practitioner at the Aurora Strong Resilience Center, led training certifications and workshops, and used it in her everyday life and to support her friends and family. After leaving her full-time job in the fall of 2019 to pursue travel in Europe, she returned with clarity on launching her business.
